Spring is in full bloom in Colorado and my chance to capture a few shots beside the blossoms. I don’t even try to compete with them, but I will say this skirt from Zara looks delightful in the midst of their blooms.
I’ve created two separate looks for this beautiful piece of couture. The first is what I’d like to call my Sunday best. Full skirt, bell sleeves, and nude pumps creating a classic but enchanting look. The other a more casual take. Threw on my shell toes, my favorite denim jacket, and a plain white go to tee.
A beautiful girly piece can become casual by adding the right accessories. You can go from “hello madam” to “what’s up” in a matter of minutes. Think day to night, office to happy hour, church to brunch in a flash.
Not every full skirt needs fancy accompaniments, so kick off your heels, slip on some sneakers and stop to smell the roses… or uh blossoms…
XOXO,

I love love love both outfits!!! I do you like the dressier one the best with the amazing color coordination…and the complementary gorgeous lilacs!!! Who would’ve thought nude pumps can look so good with contrasting colors ?!
